Grace Hotel & Studios - Symi

Came here for 2 nights with my family members, everything was fantastic. The staff was outstandingly helpful and very amiable, they recommended me a restaurant. The location was perfect and peaceful, close enough to the nearest beach in town which was great, and harbour, shopping and dining, in a fantastic area. I both thoroughly enjoyed the food, it was good and had a wide array of options.

I had good sized, airy room with a spacious bathroom...

The staff here provided exceptional service and the room was airy, with an electric kettle, climate control, and a comfortable bed.

The apartment had a comfortable bed and amenities like an iron, electronic key card, and tea/coffee making facilities, along with a clean bathroom and a walk-in shower with good drainage.

The staff was attentive, the location by the ferry was lovely, and the single room with a comfortable bed was perfect - we had a really enjoyable few days.

The early check-in was a great convenience, and the staff, especially Nicki and Elena, were friendly and helpful. They were really nice too ensure that my stay was perfect. When it was time for me to leave, Nicki kindly allowed me to keep my room until late afternoon and even drove me to the ferry. The level of service provided was great.

We enjoyed the hospitality at the hotel, including a warm welcome with small bottles of wine, water, and cakes. The owner provided useful information about the island and offered a discount at the Yacht Cafe. The room had a spacious terrace, was bright, and the hotel's location was convenient. We also appreciated the transfer service to the harbor.

Felt secure, no complaints.

When we visit Symi, we really like staying here because it's an absolutely great place.
